I grew up in a beauty salon....well sorta. My mother is a beautician. She started cutting the neighbors hair in high school and then when to school and got her license. Then she met my father and they got married. They had 5 kids so working in a salon wasn't realistic anymore. But she still did some coloring and perming and hair cuts from our house. So we kinda grew up around it all. It's been fun to see how everything works and to learn all about hair products and how to do this or that...like hair color. Everyone knows that if you only see me every once in a while, I'll have a different hair color every time you see me. The best thing about it all is that I have never paid for a hair cut or color. I've saved so much money by coloring my own hair and letting my mom cut it! Well not too long ago I was needing something new in my life. I was talking to a co-worker one day just after she'd cut her hair and we were talking about change. I've always wanted that "A" line hair cut but I've never had the guts to do it. But I made up my mind and on wednesday the 18th of March I went to Shea at the "Cutting Edge" (here in Logan-it's the same girl who did my sisters hair for here wedding and the same one who cuts my mom's hair) I'm 20 years old and for the first time ever got my hair washed at the salon in the sweet chair, and then I sat in front of the mirror and she put my hair in a ponny tail and chopped it!
Here goes....

There's the hair i'm donating.

Shea is making me pretty!!

Here it is all done!

I way like it. I didn't know you were going to donate it. Sweet! I still need to see pictures of it straight though. Or I guess seeing you in person with straight hair will work too.
It's very cute
